Limitations

These are the Infor Document Processor (IDP) limitations:

• The Create Job endpoint (API only) supports files up to 20 MB, the OCR API supports files up to 10 MB, and the Document Processor UI supports files up to 5 MB.
• Pdf files with up to 100 pages can be processed.
• Supports file format JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIF, TIFF, XLSX and XLS only.
• Pdf files cannot be password protected.
