Troubleshooting: Enterprise Connector Print Service Application Failover Failure

  1. Verify the initial setup.
    Confirm that the Enterprise Connector and the Print Service Application are running correctly on one host.
  2. Scale out the Enterprise Connector to an additional host.

  3. Ensure that the Print Service Application is running on both hosts.
  4. If the second host does not display the Print Service Application:
    1. Go to Print Service Application > Deployment.
    2. Select Scale-in on the primary host, then review the multiple scaling options.
    3. Select All Hosts, and click Apply.
  5. If the Print Service Application status is pending, open Properties and verify that all required properties exist (for example, Secret Key, API Gateway URL, and others).
  6. If the properties are missing:
    1. Export the configuration from the functioning Print Service Application.
    2. Import these properties into the Print Service Application that is in the pending state.
