Portal notifications

Notifications in Infor OS Portal are alerts and updates that provide users with real-time information about critical events and errors within the application.

To access the Health Notifications screen, click the healthcare cross icon from the Infor OS Portal navigation bar.

The left panel contains these menus:

  • Health Events: Shows the timeline of the incident life cycle. You can track issues after they occur and verify how and when they are resolved.
  • Application Events: Shows a list of notifications. You can view and mark each notification as read.

Each menu shows a list of applications registered in Health Service based on their rule type. Applications with a health rule are displayed in the Health Events menu and applications with data rule are displayed in the Application Events menu.
