Unsupported Version (Application Event)

The Unsupported Version application event is reported when an Enterprise Connector version is older than one year and requires an upgrade.

After each maintenance window, typically once a month, the Infor ION CE environment evaluates deployed Enterprise Connector versions. If an Enterprise Connector version is older than one year, the system reports an Unsupported version application event.

Upgrade outdated Enterprise Connectors to a current version to prevent compatibility issues and support limitations. Maintaining current Enterprise Connector versions ensures continued compatibility with platform updates and security improvements.
