Security
The GenAI platform provides several security controls that enable safe use, respect existing permissions, and follow IFS security-role standards.
The platform includes these controls:
- Tenant-level control: Administrators enable or disable GenAI capabilities, including the Embedded Experience at the tenant level from the CloudSuite Self-Service Portal (CSSP).
- Role-based access: IFS GenAI roles define the access that users have to GenAI platform capabilities.
- API policy enforcement: The platform applies the same API security policies across Infor applications that are hosted in API Gateway.
- Agent-level permissions: Agent-specific permissions restrict access so that only authorized users interact with GenAI Agents.
