Accessing the GenAI Knowledge Hub

When the QuestionAnswerTool is enabled for your given tenant, end users can click the GenAI Assistant icon within the Portal toolbar to complete any documentation requests. This is applicable for both private and public document types.

To start a chat with the QuestionAnswerTool:

1. Open the GenAI Assistant.
2. Type a prompt that requires document retrieval.
3. Validate that the QuestionAnswerTool is invoked.
