Using focus mode in GenAI Assistant

A focus mode narrows the set of GenAI Agents that the GenAI Assistant uses during a chat session. The focus mode removes the need to search through all Agents in the tenant and helps the Assistant use the correct Agent for the task. For information on how to create a focus mode, see Creating a focus mode.
  1. Select the GenAI Assistant icon.
  2. In the input text box, select the + icon.
  3. Select a focus mode to narrow the set of Agents.
  4. Chat with the GenAI Assistant.
    The system shows a Focus Mode banner that indicates that the session uses an active focus mode.
  5. To exit a focus mode, select the Cancel button above the input text box.
    The system displays an End focus banner.
