Symphonies

The Symphonies page in Enterprise Orchestrator is the central interface for viewing, managing, and interacting with orchestration flows known as Symphonies.

The Symphonies are automated workflows that coordinate multiple tasks and systems to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

On the Symphonies page you can perform these actions:

  • See all the available Symphonies.
  • You can search the Symphonies by Symphony Name and ID.
  • You can filter the Symphonies by these criteria:
    • Status: Active or Inactive
    • Author: If you use the author filter, you can choose from these two options: By Me or By another user. The By another user option opens the dialog window in which you specify the user name.
  • You can sort the Symphonies by their date (last modified or created) or Symphony Name. You can set the sorting to ascending or descending order.
  • Add a new Symphony.
  • Activate a Symphony.
  • Deactivate a Symphony.
  • Delete a Symphony.
  • Schedule a Symphony.
  • Execute a Symphony.

Symphonies layouts

You can choose between two Symphonies layout modes:

  • Tile view: Displays Symphonies as interactive tiles with graphical snapshots of status, description, and last modified date. Each tile includes quick action buttons for managing the Symphony.
  • Grid view: Presents a linear, text-based layout showing key Symphony details such as status indicators, descriptions, last modified dates, and action buttons for activation or deactivation.

All actions on Symphonies are available regardless of the layout mode.

Use pagination controls to navigate between pages and set the number of records per page.
