Schedules
The Schedules page is a centralized interface to manage and monitor all configured Symphony execution schedules.
On the Schedules page you can perform these actions:
- See all configured schedules.
- Search the schedules by Symphony Name and Schedule ID.
- You can filter the schedules by Author: If you use the author filter, you can choose from these two options: By me or By another user. The By another user option opens the dialog window in which you specify the user name.
- Delete a schedule. To delete a schedule perform these steps:
- Select the check box next to the schedule you want to delete. A blue ribbon is displayed.
- Click the button on the blue ribbon.
Schedule Details
To verify the schedule setup, click on a link to open a Schedule Details dialog box.
The Schedule Details dialog box includes these elements:
- Schedule ID: A unique identifier for the scheduled execution.
- Symphony Name: The name of the orchestration flow being scheduled.
- Symphony ID: The internal ID associated with the Symphony.
- Cron Expression: The timing logic used to trigger the execution (especially for advanced schedules).
- Time Zone: The time zone context in which the schedule operates.
- Schedule Variables: Any parameters or variables defined for the execution.
