Monitor a Symphony execution

You can monitor an execution status and details.
  1. Go to Enterprise Orchestrator > Executions.

    This page lists all Symphony executions, including active and completed runs.

  2. Locate the Symphony execution.
    Use filters to find a specific execution:
    • Status: In Progress, Failed, Timed Out, Completed, or Stopped
    • Date: Last Hour, Last 24 Hours, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or Last 90 Days
    • Other filters: Symphony Name, Execution ID search, Triggered by (me or Another user), or Triggered via (Direct or Schedule)
    Use sorting options to refine the results:
    • By: Started On, Ended On, Symphony Name
    • Sequence: Ascending or Descending
  3. Review the execution status.
    The status of the Symphony can be one of these:
    • In Progress
    • Completed
    • Failed
    • Timed Out
    • Stopped
  4. Access activity details.

    Select an activity to view more information.

    Click the Drillback link under Activity Details for completed flows.

    Supported: Document Flow, ION Workflow, RPA, Infor BaaS, AI Optimization.

    Not supported: AI Machine Learning.

    Note: Enterprise Orchestrator has monitoring in place which reports the Failed and Timed Out executions.
