Enabling GenAI features through CloudSuite Self-Service Portal

To enable the GenAI Embedded Experience for BaaS, the feature must be toggled on in CloudSuite Self-Service Portal (CSSP).

You must have the Admin role in CSSP to enable features. By default, your company's administrators listed in Infor Concierge will have this role in CSSP.

Enabling selected features

  1. In CloudSuite Self-Service Portal, select Features from the side menu.
  2. From the Feature Type list, select GenAI.
  3. From the Tenant list, select the tenant for which to enable the GenAI features.
  4. Under GenAI Embedded Experience, locate GENAI. Select the check box and click Save.
    Enabling GENAI activates the LLM Passthrough APIs and Prompt Catalog functionality. These are required for the GenAI Embedded Experience to operate correctly.
  5. Under GenAI Embedded Experience, click IONAPI. In Feature Components, select the check box for BaaS and click Save.

The GenAI Embedded Experience feature enables these features for GenAI:

  • Prompt Catalog
  • LLM Passthrough APIs

The GenAI Embedded Experience ION suite feature enables these features for GenAI:

  • GenAI-assisted support
  • GenAI-assisted service creation
  • GenAI chat for these topics:
    • Development
    • Deployment
    • Support
    • Product documentation
    • General
Note: These features are only available once enabled by an administrator in CloudSuite Self-Service Portal (CSSP). If you cannot see these features in your environment, contact your system administrator.
