Monitoring
The Monitoring page provides visibility into all transactions that pass through your API Gateway.
Overview
Use Monitoring to review transactions, verify system health, troubleshoot issues, and analyze performance across API Gateway.
Capabilities
Monitoring includes these capabilities:
- Transaction-level insights, including request and response details
- System health checks
- Application and system-level tracing
- Search and filtering options to locate specific transactions
Monitoring is based on searching for transactions and reviewing the associated activity and gateway details.
Data retention
Monitoring data is retained for 30 days and then purged automatically.
Access roles
Only users with one of these security roles can access Monitoring:
- IONAPI-Administrator
- Infor-SystemAdministrator
- IONAPI-Tracing
Monitoring dashboard tiles
Monitoring includes dashboard tiles that summarize gateway activity and system health:
