Accessing custom execution logs

Use custom execution logs to monitor and troubleshoot job executions, including serverless and concurrent executions. For serverless jobs, the execution environment is temporary, so downloading the logs enables access to execution details after the job is completed.

  1. Navigate to RPA Management > Monitor > Automation Tasks. The Automation Tasks page is displayed.
  2. Filter the job executions by using one or more of these criteria:
    • Process
    • Status, such as Passed or Failed
    • Date range
  3. Select the required job instance.
  4. Download the custom execution logs.

    The custom execution logs can be used for monitoring, troubleshooting, and auditing job executions.
