Connect Message processing

The ION Connect runtime monitors application and health events associated with routing of messages through IONCE.

No Route (application event)

The No Route application event is reported when the ION Connect runtime receives a message for which no route is defined. The event identifies the source of the message, based on the logical-id, and the document type. In OneView the details for the message can be found.

To further process this message, model and activate a related Data Flow and resubmit the message from OneView.

Error BODs generated (application event)

When an Error BOD is generated, OneView sends a notification to the Health Service. The first Error BOD for a document type triggers an immediate notification. Additional Error BODs for the same document type within the next 5 minutes are aggregated into a single summary notification at the end of that window.
