Target tenant resources

These tables describe the resources that can be included in the global packages:

• Read-only packages

  Resource	Category	Description	Restrictions for read-only packages
  Non-Infor application	Content	A non-Infor application is any external application.	Non-Infor applications deployed through global packages cannot be deleted in the target tenant.
  Published widget	Content	Published widgets are derived from standard widgets and published to the widget catalog.	Published widgets deployed through global packages cannot be edited or deleted in the target tenant.
  Published workspace	Content	A published workspace is derived from a private workspace. When published to the workspace catalog, the page becomes a published workspace.	Published workspaces deployed through global packages cannot be edited or deleted in the target tenant.
  Standard workspace	Content	Standard workspaces are created by the Infor applications and available in the workspace catalog.	Standard workspaces deployed through global packages cannot be edited or deleted in the target tenant.
  Published insights	Content	Published insights are predefined or user-created groups of widgets that have been published to the Insights Groups Catalog.	Published insights deployed through global packages cannot be deleted in the target tenant.

• Editable packages

When a new version of a global package is installed, the existing live versions of non-Infor applications are not changed.	A user can manually update a live resource by specifying the application URL in the application details screen.
  Published widget	Content	Published widgets are derived from standard widgets and published to the widget catalog.	When a new version of a global package is installed, the existing live versions of published widgets are not changed.	A user can manually update a live resource from the reference version using the Versions from global package window.
  Published workspace	Content	A published workspace is derived from a private workspace. When published to the workspace catalog, the page becomes a published workspace.	When a new version of a global package is installed, the existing live versions of published workspaces are not changed.	A user can manually update a live resource from the reference version using the Versions from global package window.
  Standard workspace	Content	Standard workspaces are created by Infor applications and are available in the workspace catalog.	Standard workspaces cannot be associated with editable packages.	Standard workspaces cannot be associated with editable packages.
  Published insights	Content	Published insights are predefined or user-created groups of widgets that have been published to the Insights Groups Catalog.
