Creating use case types and versions
When an administrator creates a use case type, the application automatically creates version 1.0.0 with the specified configuration. The initial version is created with the Active status.
Creating versions
Administrators can create versions from the use case type details page. The version number must follow the Major.Minor.Patch format. The allowed version increment is based on the tenant type.

- New versions are created with the Inactive status unless an administrator sets the version to Active during creation.
- Version numbers must increase sequentially and use the Major.Minor.Patch format.
- Role-based access control permissions are copied from the previous version by default.
Read-only imported versions
Versions imported through Global Packages are created by the System User and are read-only. To customize an imported configuration, create a patch version.
