Reply to Gmail Email

You can select this activity to reply to a Gmail email within the same conversation thread.

Options Reply All Boolean Indicates whether to reply to all recipients or only to the sender of the original email.
Options Is Read Boolean Indicates whether the email message has been read.
Common Continue on error Boolean Set to true for continuing the workflow even if the activity fails. The default value is set to True.
Output Response code OutArgument<Int32> Response code for the activity.

Activity behavior

Review this behavior of the activity when replying to messages:

  • If the value in the Reply All is set to False, the activity replies only to the original sender.
  • If the value in the Reply All is set to True, the activity replies to all original recipients in the To and CC fields.
  • The activity maintains the email conversation thread by preserving the threadId and setting the In-Reply-To and References headers.
  • If a value is not specified in the To field, the activity returns a validation error.
  • If the operation is completed successfully, the Response Code is 200.
  • If an error occurs, the Response Code is 500.
