Overview

Infor OS Portal is an application framework that provides a common user interface for integrated Infor ERP applications.

The Infor OS Portal interface includes a top navigation panel with an application panel to activate the display of Infor ERP applications and workspaces. From the top navigation panel, you can click the Navigation Menu icon and select the Infor OS application to access the portal administrative components.

Portal administration

You can manage Infor OS Portal based on your security role:

If you have the Portal-ContentAdministrator security role, you have access to managing widgets, pages, and workspace content.
If you have the MingleAdminstrator or Infor-SystemAdministrator security role, you have access to all Portal functionality.

Access Portal administration settings

You can access Portal administration settings in two ways:

Search for Portal in the navigation menu.
Select the OS application from the navigation menu and select the Portal component.

Other administration settings

You can access OS administrative applications through the OS application screen. To view the screen, select OS from the navigation menu.

You can add an application to your favorites by hovering over its tile and clicking the Favorite icon. Favorite applications are displayed at the top of the OS application screen.

You can learn more about an application by hovering over its tile, and then hovering over the Information icon. A tooltip shows an overview of the application and the roles that are required for access.

Note: Applications that you don't have access to are not available. Contact your administrator to request access.
