Configuration tab

Use the Infor Cloud Identities Configuration tab to configure who can use Infor Cloud identities for authentication.

The Configuration tab has these options:


Option	Description
Enable access using Infor Cloud Identities	When selected, access to Infor OS Portal by using Infor Cloud Identities is enabled. When not selected, Infor Cloud Identities is disabled. The administrator has these additional options: For all users: All registered users are allowed to authenticate access to Infor OS Portal by using Infor Cloud Identities. For specified users: Only a subset of users is allowed to authenticate access to Infor OS Portal by using Infor Cloud Identities.
Enable access using Passkey for Infor Cloud Identities	When selected, a user has the choice of creating a PassKey when registering. The setting enables an administrator to control whether users can set up and use a passkey. By default, this setting is not selected. This setting is available only when Cloud Identities is enabled.
Enable access using a one-time password for Cloud Identities. The one-time password will be sent to the users email.	When selected, a user has the choice of using a one-time password when logging in. User must have a password or passkey configured when registering. The setting enables an administrator to control whether users can set up and use a one-time password. By default, this setting is not selected. This setting is available only when Cloud Identities is enabled Allows Cloud Identity users to authenticate using a one-time password (OTP) in addition to standard sign-in methods. This feature provides a secure, temporary authentication mechanism that can be used for passwordless access, account recovery, or situations where a traditional password is unavailable, helping improve both security and user accessibility.
