Getting started

Use these tasks to set up and access Infor Mobile Hub. Before you begin, obtain a Unified QR code, Universal Link, or Organization ID from your administrator.

When you open Infor Mobile Hub for the first time, the welcome page displays options to Link your Profile by using a Scan QR code or an Organization ID. You can start the profile setup process by selecting either option.

If the application is managed through Mobile Device Management (MDM), your IT administrator may already configure a profile. In this case, you can sign in directly without setting up a profile.

Adding a profile requires an active internet connection. Access can be restricted on rooted or jailbroken devices based on your organization’s security policy.

In some environments, administrators can configure profiles automatically by using a mobile device management solution. In these cases, the Welcome page displays the Sign in button, and you can sign in directly without manually adding a profile.

Downloading Infor Mobile Hub

Download Infor Mobile Hub from the supported application store for your device.

  1. Open the application store on your device.
  2. Search for Infor Mobile Hub.
  3. Select Install.
  4. Open Infor Mobile Hub after installation completes.

Adding a profile by scanning a QR code

Use this method if your administrator provides you with a platform-specific QR code or a Unified QR code.

  1. Open Infor Mobile Hub.
  2. Select Scan QR Code.
  3. Allow camera access if prompted.
  4. Scan the QR code provided by your administrator.
  5. If the QR code image is saved on your device, select it from the gallery instead of scanning with the camera.

If the QR code is valid, the profile is automatically added and you are redirected to the Sign in page. If the QR code is invalid or expired, Infor Mobile Hub displays an error message and the profile is not added.

Adding a profile by entering an Organization ID

Use this method if your administrator provides an Organization ID.

When you enter the Organization ID, Infor Mobile Hub retrieves your organization's stored configuration, automatically adds your profile, and displays the Sign in page.

  1. Open Infor Mobile Hub.
  2. Select Add New Profile.
  3. Enter the Organization ID.
  4. Select Send. If the Organization ID is valid, the profile is added automatically and you are redirected to the Sign in page.

Signing in

Sign in to establish a secure session with your organization’s environment in Infor Mobile Hub.

Authentication methods depend on your organization's Identity configuration and may include Password, Passkey, or Microsoft Authentication for Mobile options.

For additional application security after log-in, supported device authentication mechanisms or User PIN options can also be used.

  1. Select Sign In.
  2. Enter your organization credentials (user name and password) and follow the on-screen prompts.
  3. Complete authentication with your Microsoft Intune credentials if prompted.

This step applies when Mobile Application Management (MAM) is enabled. If MAM is disabled, select App Security and follow the on-screen prompts.

  4. Review the Diagnostics & Analytics information.
  5. Select Continue.
    Note:

On Android tablets and iPads, Infor Mobile Hub displays selected screens in a centered, card-style modal instead of using a full-screen layout. This presentation is optimized for larger displays, improving readability, spacing, and alignment with tablet design guidelines. The card-style layout is applied to these flows:

    • Authentication
    • User PIN
    • Change PIN
    • Diagnostics and analytics

This layout is automatically used on supported tablet devices and does not affect the user experience on mobile phones.

Signing in with a passkey

Use this method if your administrator enables Passkey authentication.

  1. Open the registration or password-reset email from your organization.
  2. Select the passkey registration link.
  3. Complete the on-device authentication steps.
  4. Return to Infor Mobile Hub.
  5. Select Sign in with Passkey, then choose the passkey saved on your device to sign in to the profile.

Best practices for initial setup

Verify that your device complies with your organization’s security requirements before signing in.

Remove unused profiles to reduce confusion.

Contact your administrator if profile setup fails or if you require a new QR code, Universal Link, or Organization ID.
