Drill backs
Drill backs help an app to open a specific screen inside any Infor service application. For example, when you tap a link, an app opens and takes you directly to the required place.
Drill backs come from the push notifications or the links inside the service apps.
For the users, drill backs work from these places:
- Notification: When you tap a notification, an app opens and jumps to the required screen.
- Inside an app: When you tap a link, an app switches to the correct service app and opens the target page.
Requirements and troubleshooting
To use drill backs, you must meet these requirements:
- You must be logged in.
- Target app must be available in your profile.
- Internet is required.
