Offline experience

Offline behavior in Infor Mobile Hub depends on network availability.

Infor Mobile Hub monitors network connectivity and provides feedback when your device goes offline or reconnects to the network.

All features in Infor Mobile Hub require an active internet connection.

If a page is opened before the network connection is lost, the page remains visible until you perform an action that requires network connectivity.

Connectivity indicators

When your device loses connectivity, a red message bar appears above the footer displaying the text You're Offline. The message remains visible until connectivity is restored.

When connectivity returns, a green message bar appears displaying the text You're Online. This message is displayed briefly and then disappears.

Application behavior while offline

If you are using an application and the device loses connectivity, the application displays the message:
No internet connection. Please check your connection and try again.

This message appears if you navigate within a service app or switch to another app while the device is offline.

If you open Infor Mobile Hub while offline and a previously authenticated session exists, the same message is displayed.

Capabilities while offline

You can select applications from the bottom navigation bar while the device is offline. However, navigation does not occur. The application remains on the last accessed page and an offline message is displayed.

You can log out while offline from the Profile page. Logging out clears locally stored session data and redirects you to the Sign In page.

If you log out from the Profile page while the device is offline, push notifications for that profile are automatically unregistered.

Features requiring connectivity

Authentication requires network connectivity. If a session expires while the device is offline, authentication is required after connectivity is restored.

Adding a profile by using a universal link requires connectivity. If you attempt to add a profile using a universal link while offline, the action is blocked and a message indicates that network connectivity is required.

Push notifications are not delivered while the device is offline in Infor Mobile Hub.

AI Chat is not available without connectivity.

Data synchronization

Actions that require network connectivity cannot be completed while the device is offline.

When connectivity is restored, Infor Mobile Hub refreshes the data displayed on the current page.

Best practices for offline use

Verify connectivity before submitting critical transactions.

Review data after connectivity is restored. Data is retrieved from the backend when you open an application.

Avoid clearing profile data while offline.
