Adding an app in Intune

Add Infor Mobile Hub in Microsoft Intune Apps.

  1. Log in to the Microsoft Intune portal and go to the Apps section.
  2. Click Create App, then select the appropriate app type.
  3. Find the Infor Mobile Hub app from the App Store or Play Store and select it.
  4. Specify the required details in the App Information section.
  5. In the Assignments section, under Required, add the relevant users and groups.
  6. Review the details and save the app.

Creating an app protection policy

Create an app protection policy for the application.

  1. Select Manage Apps > Protection and create an app protection policy.
  2. Click Create and select the platform.
  3. Specify the required details.
  4. Under the Apps section, set Target Policy to All Apps.
  5. Select Custom App and search for the app created in the previous steps, then select it.
  6. Configure the required settings in the Data Protection, Access Requirements, and Conditional Launch sections.
  7. In the Assignments section, add relevant users or groups under the Included section.
  8. Review the details and create the protection policy.

Logging in to Infor Mobile Hub when MAM is enabled

When Mobile Application Management (MAM) is enabled, additional authentication steps are required when signing in.

  1. Select Sign In and specify your credentials.
  2. Complete the Intune sign-in process.
  3. After successful authentication, follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Create a 4-digit PIN when prompted on the Managed by your Organization page.

    The timeout of this PIN is determined by the configuration policy settings.

  5. Select Continue to open the application.
  6. Navigate to User Profile Settings.
  7. Verify that the Keep Enrolled on Signout option is enabled by default to avoid re-enrollment each time you sign in.
    Note: The Keep Enrolled on Signout option is not visible when MAM is disabled. In that case, the App Security option is visible. When MAM is enabled, the App Security option is hidden.
