Security and access settings

Use the Mobility page in the Infor OS portal to control access to Infor Mobile Hub.

To configure security and access settings, open App Launcher > Applications > OS > Mobility > Infor Mobile Hub > General Settings.

Infor Mobile Hub set up (Enable Organization ID mobile setup)

Enable or disable Organization ID mobile setup.

When enabled, administrators can download setup instructions as a PDF that includes the Organization ID and Unified QR code. Users can configure the application using either method.

Disabling this option hides setup instructions and blocks Organization ID provisioning.

MAM integration

Mobile Application Management (MAM) integration enables administrators to manage and protect Infor Mobile Hub by using Microsoft Intune policies.

When MAM integration is enabled, the application enforces security and compliance requirements defined in Microsoft Intune.

For information about configuring MAM integration, see Configuring Mobile Access Management (MAM).

Automatic session lock and re-authentication timeout

Set an inactivity timeout after which the application locks and requires re-authentication.

The default timeout is 5 minutes and can be configured up to 60 minutes.

When the timeout expires, the application locks and requires authentication using device biometrics, a user PIN, or the configured authentication method.

Screen capture controls

Allow or block screenshots and screen recordings on Android devices.

When screen capture is disabled, attempts to capture the screen are blocked or result in a blank recording.

On iOS devices, screen capture behavior follows the operating system and is not controlled by this setting.

User privacy access

Manage access to device capabilities such as Microphone, Camera, Location, and Photo Library.

Access can be controlled through mobile device management (MDM) for managed devices or through Infor OS Portal environment level settings.

Settings configured in this page apply when the application launches. MDM policies may further restrict access on managed devices.

Jailbroken or rooted device access

Allow or block application usage on devices detected as jailbroken (iOS) or rooted (Android).

If access is blocked, the application displays a message and exits when launched on a non-compliant device.

Authentication type

Choose whether users authenticate using an application PIN, device biometrics, device unlock authentication, or a combination of these options.

Changes to the authentication method take effect at the start of the next new session.
