Infor Mobile Hub delivers a persona-driven experience tailored to user roles and needs.
The application adopts the Unified Application concept and integrates web-based content from applications such as HRT, WFM, and Portal Workspaces into functional modules for mobile navigation.
The solution is designed to support extensibility and can include additional CloudSuite applications.
The application supports profile onboarding, authentication, session management, notifications, and offline handling to provide a consistent mobile experience.
Users can add or receive profiles through QR codes, universal links, Organization IDs, or automated mobile device management (MDM) provisioning. These onboarding methods allow users to connect the application to their Infor OS Portal environment.
When enabled by an administrator, Infor Mobile Hub supports Microsoft Intune authentication for Mobile Application Management (MAM) and related security policies.
Platform availability
Infor Mobile Hub is available for iOS and Android devices.
Once installed, the application is displayed as Infor Hub on the device. However, in the App Store or Google Play Store product listing, it appears as Infor Mobile Hub, with the subtitle Unified Mobile Experience.
