Enabling Passkey authentication

Ensure that you have access to Security > Security Administration in yourInfor OS Portal environment.

Enable passkey authentication so users can register and sign in to Infor Mobile Hub using passkeys.

  1. Sign in to the tenant web portal.
  2. Select Security > Security Administration > Settings.
  3. Select Infor Cloud Identities.
  4. Enable Enable access using Passkeys for Cloud Identities.
  5. Select Save.

Passkey authentication is enabled. Users can now register and sign in using passkeys according to your identity configuration.
