Configuring Mobile Access Management (MAM)

The Infor Mobile Hub application is integrated with the Microsoft Intune SDK. Mobile Access Management (MAM) policies can be used to publish, push, configure, secure, monitor, and update mobile apps for your users.

MAM integration supports only Microsoft Intune.

The redirect URLs for the Infor Mobile Hub app on both Android and iOS platforms are provided on the page. These URLs can assist users in creating non-Infor authorized apps if needed.

Enabling MAM integration

Use the Enable Integration with MAM option to protect the Infor Mobile Hub application.

  1. Go to the Mobility page.
  2. Select the Enable Integration with MAM check box.

Configuring MAM settings

Configure the required Microsoft Intune settings.

  1. Specify this information:
    Vendor
    Select Microsoft Intune Mobile Application Management.
    Application Client ID
    Specify the appropriate Client ID. The customer obtains this by creating an App Registration.
    Authority URL
    Specify https://login.microsoftonline.com/<Directory-Tenant-ID>.
    Directory Tenant ID
    The Directory Tenant ID is available in the App Registration overview.
    Enrollment Attribute ID
    This refers to the user's UPN. If the UPN is an existing Infor OS IFS user property, select that property. Otherwise, create a Custom IFS attribute and map the field with UPN.
  2. Select Save to complete the integration setup.

Configuring access for unenrolled users

Allow unenrolled users to access the application when MAM integration is enabled.

  1. Select the Allow access to the application option under the Unenrolled Users section.
  2. Select Save.
