This section describes how administrators enable configuration for Infor Mobile Hub and how users install and configure the application to connect to the Infor OS Portal environment.

Enabling Infor Mobile Hub in a multi-tenant environment

In multi-tenant environments, Infor Mobile Hub is typically enabled by default.

If required, verify that the PORTALV2CSMobile feature flag is enabled in theInfor CloudSuite Self-Service Portal (CSSP). Set the value to 1 if it is not enabled.

Users require the Suite_User role to sign in to the application.

Access to applications and content is controlled by assigned security roles.

Downloading and installing Infor Mobile Hub

Users download Infor Mobile Hub from the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

If your organization uses a mobile device management (MDM) solution, distribute the application through the MDM platform and manage installation or removal as required.
