Post-deployment tasks
There are tasks that must be completed after the local package has been deployed. This section describes these tasks.
Data Catalog
If a package deployment includes changes to NDJSON or DSV object metadata and you query the data through Compass, run the CLEAR_TABLE statement to refresh the Compass metadata cache.
For more information, see "Data administration stored procedures".
Note: This step applies only to tenants that do not automatically synchronize metadata changes with Compass.
Pipelines
In Pipelines, update all imported destinations with the new connection details and credentials. Before you start stream pipelines that use those connections, test the connections. All stream pipelines that are imported through the local package deployment are initially created in the Draft status and must be started.
Security
Security has no post-deployment tasks.
Auditing
Audit configuration has no post-deployment tasks.
