Interpreting Enterprise Connector status
Use the Enterprise Connector status indicators to determine the health of Enterprise Connector and the Hybrid Service.
Status messages are color-coded to indicate the health of Enterprise Connector and the Hybrid Service.
| Color | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | System is healthy. Modeling and runtime operations can continue. |
| Yellow | A dependent component has an issue that can be resolved without stopping API processing. |
| Red | Prerequisites are not met and modeling cannot continue. |
Detailed status indicators

| EC OK | HB: OK | Green | Enterprise Connector is running, the Hybrid Service is running, and the ION service is available. |
| EC OK | HB: Pending | Green | Hybrid Service installation is pending. |
| EC OK | HB: Unknown | Green | Hybrid Service is unavailable. |
| EC OK | HB: Error / Not OK | Red | Hybrid Service is not running. |
| EC ERROR | — | Yellow | Enterprise Connector is not running. |
| EC PENDING / EC NOT EXISTED | — | Red | Enterprise Connector is not installed. Save the endpoint and suite to trigger automatic installation. |
| EC UNSUPPORTED / UNKNOWN | — | Red | The Enterprise Connector version is too old. Upgrade Enterprise Connector. |
