Unable to log on to RPA Assistant

Confirm these checks:

• Ensure that the correct IONAPI file is being used for the RPA Assistant. To confirm, navigate to API Gateway and click Authorized Apps. Browse and select ‘RPA Tray Assistant’.
• Verify if OAuth 2.0 Scopes are enabled for the tenant.
  • If enabled, confirm whether the Enforce Scope option is enabled for the ‘RPA Tray Assistant’ application. Disable the Enforce Scope option.

  • Create a duplicate RPA Tray Assistant authorized app with the same values.
