Usability of Review Center in RPA flows

The Review Center can be incorporated into an RPA flow when business processes involve working with critical data. This functionality enable users to review and resolve issues that can prevent successful process completion.

For example, when a business process involves capturing of information for a business document using OCR Activities, data can be incorrectly extracted or missed due to document noise or OCR errors. In such cases, the RPA flow can be configured with business logic to identify such critical fields or information and handle different scenarios by using Review Center.

Exception categories managed by Review Center include:

• Extraction – Failures during data capture, such as OCR or API errors.
• Validation – Issues with data format, completeness, or business rules.
• Runtime – Errors that occur during workflow execution.
• Undetermined – Errors without a clearly identifiable cause at the time of occurrence.
