Modifying a finalized process

Use the Processes page to modify a process with the Finalized status.

  1. Click the arrow option corresponding to the process name.
    Note: If you are assigned to the Admin role of the process, the page displays the Users, Admins,and the Argument tabs. The Argument tab is displayed as Process Arguments, Your Arguments, or User Arguments based on the argument scope defined for the process.
  2. Click Add option in the Users tab to select and add a User to the process. You can also delete an existing user.
  3. Click Add to in the Admins tab to select and add an Admin to the process. You can also delete an existing admin.
  4. Click the Arguments tab to define values for the arguments. The type of arguments displayed is based on the definition of the argument within the process. Possible values:
    • Process Arguments: Defined at the admin level.
    • Your Arguments: Defined at the logged on user level.
    • User Arguments: Defined at the user level.
  5. Click the Edit option corresponding to an argument to define a value and click Save.

    Dictionary-type arguments can also be edited from this tab. These arguments can be defined and managed using key-value pairs, thus providing flexibility in configuring and updating process arguments within the RPA Management environment. You can perform these tasks:

    • Add new dictionary entries
    • Edit existing key-value pairs
    • Delete entries that are not required
    Note: Dictionary-type arguments can also be edited from the RPA Assistant application.
  6. Click Save to save the modifications.
