Add attachments or link IDM documents to alerts and tasks

You can add attachments or link IDM documents to tasks and alerts that are assigned to you.

  1. Click the task or alert item to open the details view.
  2. If the message is not assigned to you, click Assign to me.
  3. Click Attachments to expand the Attachments panel.
  4. Click Add Attachments and select the file to upload.
  5. Click Link IDM Document to link a document from IDM.
    Note: The Link IDM Document option is available only if you have access to IDM.
