Drillback views

The Infor Inbox application offers standard drillback view definitions:
View name View parameter Description
MessageList Type Open the Inbox application and preselect a list of messages. These are possible values, or the Type parameter are:
  • ALL
  • TASKS
  • ALERTS
  • NOTIFICATIONS
MessageSearch ID Open the Inbox application with the Message View screen showing the details for the given message ID. If the message is not found, a generic message is shown.
Note: 
  • The Inbox logical ID is lid://infor.inbox.iondesk
  • The view parameters described here are required and their names are case sensitive. Values for the view parameters are case insensitive.
  • A message is not displayed in the Message View drillback screen if:
    • The current user is not part of the distribution list of this message.
    • The message is a notification and is removed from the notifications list by the current user.
