Executing a drillback from an alert, task, or notification

Alert, tasks, and notifications can have drillbacks to screens of other applications that are hosted in Infor OS Portal. When drillbacks are available, the drillbacks icon is visible in the alert, task, or notification details. To execute a drillback:

  1. Click the Drillbacks icon to see a list of available drillback links.
  2. Select a drillback link to execute a drillback. The target application screen is loaded in the Infor OS Portal portal and replaces the Infor Inbox application.
  3. To return to the Infor Inbox application, click the envelope icon from the Infor OS Portal menu and select Inbox.
