Configuring Security Access Profile settings for an external entity profile
A security access profile allows a tenant administrator to set which IP addresses can access an external entity and which hours external entity users can access the external entity. This is used to control when and where external entity users can access the external entity.
The configuration for the security access profile is located in the Security Access Profile tab.
- In the Infor OS Portal select application and click the tile.
- Select .
- Select a profile.
- Select the Security Access Profile tab.
A security access profile configuration in an external entity profile affects all external entity users within an external entity associated to that profile. When a security access profile is updated in an external entity profile, all external entity users in the linked external entities are affected by the update.
This table describes settings on the Security Access Profile tab:
| Settings | Description |

| Day | The day of the week the login hour configuration applies to. |
| Start Time | The start time of when external entity users can log into the external entity. External entity users will not be able to log in before this time. This field is only enabled when Selected Hours Access is set for that day. |
| End Time | The end time external entity users can access the external entity. External entity users will not be able to access the external entity after this time. This field is only enabled when Selected Hours Access is set for that day. |
| Selected Hours Access | This access selection enables the selection of the Start and End Times access for a specific day. When configured, external entity users can only access the external entity within the selected time frame. |
| All Day Access | This access selection allows external entity users to access the external entity any time during the selected day. |
| All Day No Access | This selection blocks all external entities users from accessing the external entity during the selected day. |
| IP Range | This setting is used to configure the minimum and maximum IP address range. An external entity user must have an IP address in this range to be able to log in. |
| Specific IP Block | This setting is used to configure the specific IP address. An external entity user must match this IP address to be able to log in. |
| Clear Times | This removes all of the configurations and sets it back to the default. |
