Sending an invitation

  1. In the Infor OS Portal select OS application and click the External Entities tile.
  2. Locate the tile for the external entity and double-click the Users icon (circle) to display the Users page.
  3. Select one or more users. The users must have an Active status.
  4. Select Action > Send invitation. The users receive an email with instructions to verify their email and activate the account.
