Setting the login hours

The login hours configuration defines the days and times when users can access the external entity.

  1. In Infor OS Portal select the OS application and click the External Entities tile.
  2. Click Edit for a specific external entity and select the Security Access Profile tab.
  3. In the Login Hours section, update the access for the desired days.
  4. To set a specific time frame for a day, click Selected Hours Access and select the start and the end time from the list.
  5. To give access for the entire day, click All Day Access.
  6. To block access for the entire day, click All day no Access.
  7. Click Save.
