Editing an external entity

  1. In the Infor OS Portal select OS application and click the External Entities tile
  2. Click the bottom of the tile of the external entity to edit. A toolbar is displayed at the bottom of the tile.
  3. Click the edit (pen) icon.
  4. Edit these external entity settings:
    • Name
    • Description
    • Organization Name
    • Company

      This field is only available if an LN application has been added to the external entity in External Authorized Components and Applications.

    • Status
    • Max Number of External Users
    • Application Redirect URL
    • From Email Address
    • Terms of Use URL
    • Contact Us URL
    • Policy URL
    • Registration Email Template
    • Confirmation Email Template
    • Account Locked Email Template
    • Forgot Password Email Template
    • MFA Email Template
    • Reset MFA Email Template
    • Password Expiry Email Template
    • Account Registration and Forgot Password attempts
    • User Verification attempts

      This field is only available if user verification has been enabled for the external entity.

    • Adding External Authorized Components and Applications
    • MFA Settings
    • Globalization
    • Sign In Providers

      To add social providers, select Settings > Social provider in the navigation pane.

    • Security Access Profile
  5. Click Save.
