Working with external entity users
The tenant administrator can create, manage, and delete external entity users within external entities. Use the Users page to manage the external entity users.
All external users who require access to a specific external entity must be added to an external entity and assigned specific security roles and applications. There is no predefined list of users in the system.
Note: To access the Users page, click the tile in the application. Then, on the External Entities page, locate the external entity and double-click the tile.
The Users page displays all users that are currently added to an external entity.
This table shows the fields available on the Users page:
| Field | Description |

| Full Name | The full name of the external entity user. |
| Identifiers | There is a column for each identifier in an external entity. The column title is Identifier ID. For external entities created through the external entity management, there is only one column titled Email Address. |
| Federated ID | The external entity user’s federated ID. |
| Status | The external entity user’s status. This can be active or disabled. |
| Last Logon | The date time of the external entity user’s last successful log in. |
| Created Date | The date time the external entity user was created. |
| Email Verified | Shows if the external entity user’s email has been verified. |
| Password Expired | Shows if the external entity user’s password is expired. |
| Account Locked | Shows if the external entity user’s account is currently locked. |
| Last MFA Login | The date time of the external entity user’s last successful log in with MFA. This column is displayed only when MFA has been enabled for the external entity. |
| Number of MFA Registered | The total number of MFA devices the external entity user has registered. This column is displayed only when MFA has been enabled for the external entity. |
| MFA Status | Shows the status of the external entity user’s MFA device. This column is displayed only when MFA has been enabled for the external entity. |
Tenant administrators can add users and apply an action to a user or group of users. The actions available are:
- Activate
- Disable
- Send invitation
- Reset password (by user)
- Unlock account
- Reset MFA
