Applying actions to users

The Action menu on the Users page has multiple options to apply actions to the selected users. Each menu option is enabled only when every selected user meets the rules for that particular action:

  • Activate
  • Disable
  • Send invitation
  • Reset password (by user)
  • Unlock account
Note: To access the Users page, in the Infor OS Portal select OS application and click the External Entities tile, and on the External Entities page, locate the tile for the external entity and double-click the Users icon (circle).
