Updating a user

Tenant administrators have the ability to update the details of existing external entity users.

It is possible to update the basic external entity user's details.

An admin can update these fields on the Users page:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Federated ID

To access the Users page and update an external entity user’s details, in the Infor OS Portal select OS application and click the External Entities tile, and on the External Entities page,double click the external entity tile. On the Users page update the details and click Save.
