Search documents in Archived view

This table describes the supported filters in Archived view:
Filter Description
Date and Time range Represents the date-time in which messages started their processing within ION (Message entered ION event).

Click the list to select the search period:

  • Last hours (1-23): Selects documents from date range starting from exactly (selected value from 1 to 23) multiplied by 60 minutes in the past till current date-time in UTC.
  • Last 24 hours: Selects documents from the date range starting from exactly 24 hours in the past until the current date-time in UTC.
  • Last 7 days: Selects documents from the date range starting from exactly seven days in the past until the current date-time in UTC.
  • Date Time Range: Selects documents with date range between the specified Start Date and End Date including time (hh.mm). End Date-Time must be equal to or later than Start Date-Time.
Message ID Allows searching by Message ID. Specify a message ID in the text field. You can also specify a part of the Message ID and Archived view searches for any matching documents that contain the string specified in their Message ID.

Use the text filter to limit the search results.
Document Name Allows searching by Document Name. For example, Sync.SalesOrder.

Click the Lookup icon next to the Document Name field to open a window. This window displays document names retrieved from the Data Catalog.

Use the search field within the window to filter results. You can type a full or partial document name to narrow down the list. If the desired document is not listed, you can manually enter the document name directly in the search field. For example, if it has been deleted from the catalog but still exists in archived data.
Sender Logical ID Allows searching by Sender Logical ID. Specify a Sender Logical ID in the text field.

You can also specify a part of the Logical ID and Archived view searches for any matching documents that contain the string specified in their Logical ID.

If you know the Logical ID, type it directly to filter results based on matching records.
Documents to Retrieve This setting controls the maximum number of archived documents to be fetched from Data Fabric. Selecting a smaller value reduces load time and improves performance.

The available values are 100,200,500,1000. The default value is 100. You can refine your search criteria to narrow down the results and find the most relevant documents. If the number of documents that match your search criteria is more than the selected limit, an Information icon displays to indicate that only the number of documents you selected is displayed.
