Setup Instructions for running the workflow

Complete this setup before running the workflow:

• Configure Concurrent Runtime

  ConcurrentRuntimes must be configured in the Infor RPA Configuration Manager on the unattended server to enable parallel execution. This allows multiple job instances to run simultaneously under a single robot user context, improving processing speed and reducing overall execution time.

• Subfolder Count & Concurrency

  Number of subfolders created in the mailbox must match the value set for concurrency. For example, if ConcurrentRuntimes value is set to 4, then exactly 4 subfolders must be created. Each RPA job instance processes documents from one subfolder.

• Manual Subfolder Creation

  Subfolders must be created manually in the Outlook mailbox where the parent emails are routed. Each subfolder must contain these folders to track the status of emails and attachments during processing:

  • Success
  • Failed
  • Partial_Processed
  • UploadFailed
  • InProgress
