Deleting a passkey

Before you can delete a passkey associated with your account, you must sign in to the environment by using your username and password.
Note: Save your work before deleting a passkey to prevent potential data loss.
  1. Select User Settings > Security > Manage Passkeys.
  2. Click Delete.
    A confirmation dialog box is displayed: To perform this action, additional permissions are needed. You will be redirected to a login page. Save any unsaved changes before proceeding.
  3. Click Yes.
    You are redirected to the Cloud Identities log-on page.
  4. Sign in by using your username and password.
    A notification is displayed to indicate that the passkey is successfully deleted.
