Registering Passkey through Infor OS Portal

As an Infor OS Portal user with an existing account, when Passkey is enabled, you see Passkey as an option when completing Reset/Forgot Password. Complete these steps to update your account to use a passkey as an option during log-on.

When Passkey is enabled for a tenant, all Cloud Identity users will see Passkey as an option when completing the Reset/Forgot Password flow. Below are the steps that a user must follow if they want to their account to use Passkeys as an option during the login flow.

  1. Navigate to User Settings > Security > Manage Passkeys.
  2. Click Create.
    An email is sent to you.
  3. Click the link provided in the email titled "Infor CloudSuite Identities - Register your Passkey - Tenant name".
  4. Complete the necessary user information.
  5. Click the Register Passkey to the account.
    The Passkey registration page is displayed.
  6. Complete the Passkey registration process.
    The passkey is registered and associated with your account.
  7. Name the passkey.
    You can now sign in by entering your email or username and selecting Login with Passkey.
    You receive an email titled "Infor CloudSuite Identities - Passkey updated confirmation - Tenant name" confirming that the passkey has been added.
