CAPTCHA

AWS WAF CAPTCHA puzzles are used on Infor OS pages to verify that received requests are sent by humans. The puzzles are randomly generated and available in visual and audio formats, with instructions in different languages.

CAPTCHA puzzles are used to confirm that requests are made by humans and to block automated threats such as web scraping, credential stuffing, and spam. AWS WAF enhances this protection by randomly generating and rotating CAPTCHA puzzles, ensuring that users encounter varied and unpredictable challenges. To stay ahead of evolving automated threats, AWS WAF regularly introduces new puzzle types and formats.

AWS WAF CAPTCHA puzzles meet the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

AWS WAF CAPTCHA is used on these Infor OS pages:

  • Registration page
  • Forgot Password
  • Reset Password
  • Reset Passkey
  • Contact Us
  • External Entities Account Registration
  • External Entities Password Reset
  • External Entities Password Recovery

Formats

AWS WAF CAPTCHA puzzles are available in these formats:

  • Visual: The puzzle includes a selection of pictures and is displayed by default. After selecting the audio puzzle, you can click the eye icon to return to the visual puzzle. When you solve the visual puzzle in CAPTCHA, click the center of the puzzle image. Clicking an image border can result in incorrect image selection.
  • Audio: The puzzle provides spoken instructions with background noise for added security. To select the audio puzzle, click the headphone icon. When you change the audio language type, CAPTCHA is switched back to the visual puzzle. You must click the headphone icon again to open the audio puzzle.

Because CAPTCHA puzzles are automatically refreshed, we recommend completing the CAPTCHA puzzle and submitting the solution before specifying the required fields on the page.

Language

CAPTCHA instructions are displayed in the browser's language. If the browser's language is not supported by CAPTCHA, instructions are displayed in English by default. To change the language, click the current language and select a different language from the list.
