Widgets

Widgets are single-purpose applications that provides at-a-glance information or quick access to interactive function.

Widgets can be contextual, meaning they can communicate with the application frame to publish relevant information to the user. There are three types of widgets:

  • Published widgets
  • Standard widgets
  • Tenant widgets

You can remove the borders around a Mongoose widget. Click the ellipsis icon and select Configure. Click Advanced Configuration and turn on the Borderless switch. This option is only available for Mongoose widgets that are not on the top row of a portal page. When you reposition a borderless widget to the top row, the borders are restored.
