Adding a configuration to a dynamic workspace

You can add multiple configurations to the dynamic workspace and define alternate titles, workspace colors, and translations. Each configuration applies to a subset of security roles.
  1. Select Workspaces > Dynamic Workspaces.
  2. Select a dynamic workspace and click Edit.
  3. In the edit mode, click Configurations.
  4. In the Configurations dialog box, click + Add configuration.
The initial configuration, available to all users, is displayed in the Configurations dialog box.
  5. In the Add dialog box, specify a title and workspace color.
  6. Optionally, add translations for the workspace title in the Translations tab.
  7. Click Select security policy and move one or more security policies that apply to the configuration to the Selected box.
  8. Optionally, click + Add security policy to define a policy specific to the configuration.
  9. Click Save to save the security policies.
  10. Click Save to save the configuration.
  11. To add more configurations to the dynamic workspace, repeat steps from 4 through 10.
  12. Optionally, change the priority of the configuration. Use the repositioning icon to the left of the priority assigned to the configuration to drag and drop the configuration to the required location.
Each configuration has a priority, with the most recently added configuration receiving the highest priority. When a user belongs to more than one security policy, the priority of the configuration determines what configuration is displayed for the user. The initial configuration, available to all users, always has the lowest priority.
  13. Click Close.
